Use | Anagrelide HCl is a drug for the treatment of essential thrombocytosis. It is an oral imidazoquinazoline agent with anti-cyclic adenylate phosphodiesterase activity and can inhibit platelet aggregation in humans and animals. Anagrelide works by inhibiting the maturation of megakaryocytes into platelets. |
